The HTC Desire 626 will be fitted with a 5 Inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel HD resolution, and will be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming star – MT6752 64 bit 4G LTE chipset with 8 Cortex A53 cores, assisted by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM.

The handset includes a 13 MP primary and 5 MP secondary camera for photography. Other features include 2000 mAh Battery, MicroSD card slot, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and GPS. HTC Desire 626 is expected to arrive for under 15,000 INR.
HTC One Mini 2 on the other hand is the mini variant of One M8, with a 4.5 Inch HD display, protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and powered by 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor, with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.

Both the 13 MP rear camera and the 5 MP front cameras can record full HD 1080p videos. Other features include 2110 mAh non removable battery, 128 GB MicroSD card Support, BT 4.0, WiFi, 3G, AGPS, GLONASS and USB OTG.
HTC is also working on Desire 820s which is 1.7 GHz 64 bit MediaTek MT6752 octa core variant of Desire 820 launched last year. The handset was earlier launched in China and feature the same 5.5 Inch HD display with Gorilla Glass protection on top. Other features include 2 GB RAM, 16 GB Expandable storage, 13 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera, 4G LTE and a 2600 mAh battery. HTC Desire 820s is expected to be priced around 15,000 INR. HTC will also launch a Dual SIM variant of the same. HTC has had some success with its desire 816 and 820 series phablets in India, and thus the company is willing to further expand this portfolio. Along with 64 bit and 4G LTE devices, HTC will also focus on online retailing – keeping up with the modern trends in Indian smartphone market. At MWC early next month, HTC is expected to present 2 new flagship smartphones, HTC One M9 and HTC A55. There are expected to hit Indian market sometime later in 2015 as well.
