Micromax Bolt A37B: The smartphone has been launched for Rs 4,700 and is probably amongst the cheapest smartphones to feature 3G. It has a 3.5 inch screen which has a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean which is pretty good thing considering the fact that budget handsets usually run on Android 4.0 ICS/4.1 Jelly Bean or even Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread at times.
