So far Xiaomi has released two phablets under the Mi Max series in India, and chances are that the Mi Max 3 could be launched in the next few months. It is reported to come with a bigger 6.99-inch display with the 18:9 aspect ratio.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 details
The case renders were shared by Android Hits, confirming a bunch of features which we already knew from the previous Xiaomi Mi Max 3 leaks. First of all, we can see a rear camera cutout on the case which shows that the smartphone will feature a dual camera setup with vertical orientation just like in Redmi Note 5 Pro. We can also see a circular fingerprint sensor cutout at the back of the case. At the top of the case, there is a 3.5mm audio port cutout with a microphone hole and an IR sensor hole. It confirms that the smartphone will feature a 3.5 mm audio port, a secondary microphone on top edge and an IR blaster sensor to control other devices like TV, home theater, and AC. The bottom edge of the case reveals two cutouts for the loudspeaker and a cutout in the middle for the I/O port. We cannot confirm the charging port to be a Type-C or a traditional microUSB by looking at the cutout. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is supposed to be released in the midrange category with a huge display. This time the display might feature an 18:9 aspect ratio just like other flagships and the display size could be 7 inches.
